PAL Advisory! for COVID-19

FYI:

To provide our passengers added flexibility to rebook their flights in this time of COVID-19 concerns, Philippine Airlines is allowing one-time free rebooking for international tickets purchased on or before 31 March 2020 (except for tickets originating in Japan and Korea).

If you wish to avail of this offering, you may request for free rebooking at least seven (7) days before your original flight departure date, for travel at any time within the validity of your ticket. This offering applies to all fares.
We will not charge you rebooking fees or penalties for this change. (However, if seats for the same fare type are not available on your chosen flight, the fare difference amount will be charged.)

For succeeding (second) rebooking, penalties and charges may apply in line with the stated fare conditions.
Please note that the one-time free rebooking offer is not valid on purely domestic flights (within the Philippines). However, the offer is valid for passengers holding PAL tickets on code share flights operated by our key partner airlines.

For holders of tickets issued by PAL, please call Reservations Hotline (+63 2) 8855 8888, or visit the nearest PAL ticketing office.
For holders of tickets issued by travel agents, please contact or visit the nearest partner travel agency of PAL for your rebooking needs.
You may check your flight status by visiting the Flight Status Page on the PAL website 48 hours before your trip.
