  3. Valid passport (6 months )
  4. Xerox copy of previous visa
  5. Booking cert
  6. Hotel confirmation
  7. Cert of employment indicating salary and duration of leave
  8. Bank certificate and bank statement
  9. Original birth and marriage certificate NSO
  10. Income tax return (ITR)
  11. If self-employed official business registration
  12. If student proof of enrolment at the school, collage, university.
  13. Photo copy of all documents submitted
